Preston Mighdoll is an attorney at the Pankauski Law Firm, PLLC in West Palm Beach, Florida. Mr. Mighdoll comes to us with over 20 years experience. Mr. Mighdoll is a member of the Florida Bar’s Elder Law Section and a Florida Bar Grievance Committee.

Mr. Mighdoll was the Chief of the Economic Crimes & Crimes Against the Elderly Unit, and the Elder Abuse Prosecutor, in the Office of the State Attorney in Palm Beach County, Florida for over 19 years.  The cases he prosecuted included abuse, neglect and exploitation of the elderly and grand theft and battery on persons over 65 years of age, prior to that, Mr. Mighdoll was in private practice serving as attorney for 2 local municipalities and an Assistant Public Defender.
