Stephen Migausky is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2010.

Past Experience

During law school, Mr. Migausky was a summer associate at WilmerHale. In addition, he worked in-house at a life sciences company where he helped coordinate and prepare for a $600 million public company merger. He also drafted and organized corporate documents including contracts, licenses, leases and patent applications.

Prior to beginning his legal studies, Mr. Migausky worked for an economic consulting firm, specializing in outcomes research for pharmaceutical companies with drugs in clinical trial.
