Minehan, Thomas P.

Mr. Milewski is an associate in the Litigation Department. The focus of his practice is complex civil litigation in the areas of medical malpractice, toxic tort, personal injury and product liability.  He is also experienced in handling workers compensation matters in the State of Delaware.

Mr. Milewski received his B.A., cum laude, in 1999 from West Virginia University, and his J.D., in 2002 from Widener University School of Law.  He is licensed to practice in Delaware and New Jersey.  Mr. Milewski is also admitted to appear before United States District Court for the Districts of Delaware and New Jersey. While attending Widener, Mr. Milewski was a member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.  Currently, he is a member of the American Bar Association and the Delaware State Bar Association.
