R. MARK MIFFLIN

R. Mark Mifflin brings over 20 years of experience to bear on his clients' legal issues. He practices in the areas of civil litigation, administrative law, legislative representation and governmental affairs. Mark's practice includes trials and appeals in state and federal court and representation at all levels of state government.

Mark entered private practice with Giffin, Winning, Cohen and Bodewes, P.C. in 1982. Mark has concentrated his practice in civil litigation in Central Illinois and in legislative and governmental affairs in state government. Mark has been responsible for the preparation and trial of numerous complex civil matters in state and federal courts. The United States District Court Judges in the Central District of Illinois appointed Mark to serve as Chairman of the Civil Justice Reform Act Advisory Committee for this district. Mark is the co-author of the Illinois chapter of Lobbying, PACs and Campaign Finance, 50 State Handbook (West 2005).
