Raymond is a member of the firm's Architectural, Engineering & Construction Defect Litigation Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in complex construction defect matters, which include the defense of contractors, architects, engineers, surveyors and other professionals. Raymond also defends claims of bodily injury, property damage, delay damages and other claims related to the construction industry.
As well, Raymond is experienced in complex multiparty litigation and has successfully represented clients in matters involving wrongful death, school construction defects, condominium construction defects, reserve studies, public entity construction projects, geotechnical engineering, including wall and slope collapse, roof failures and collapse and inaccurate surveying claims.
In addition to earning his BA Degree from Rutgers University and his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law, Raymond also holds an MBA from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. As a result, he is also well-versed in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and has been able to apply these skills where accounting issues are relevant to the litigation.
Upon graduating from Rutgers University in 1990, Raymond entered active duty as an officer in the United States Air Force. Raymond is currently a Major and is continuing his military career in the Air force Reserves.
