Solely responsible for the evaluation, discovery and pretrial strategy in over 200 cases, including several tried to jury verdict in King County Superior Court. Representative cases involved toxic exposure, construction defect, products liability, premises liability, timber trespass, insurance coverage, UIM/UM and other automobile-related claims. Trial Deputy – Sexually Violent Predator Unit, December 1999 – April 2000. Prosecuted civil commitment cases against repeat sex offenders under the Community Protection Act.

Trial Deputy - Felony Trial Teams, September 1998 – December 1999. Responsible for murder, felony assault, and felony property crime prosecutions.

Supervising Deputy - District Court Unit, November 1997 - September 1998. Trained and evaluated new trial deputies assigned to various divisions of the King County District Court.
 
Trial Deputy - Special Assault Unit, January 1997 - November 1997. Prosecuted dozens of felony domestic violence cases. Successfully briefed and argued the constitutionality of Washington's stalking statute in State v. Lee & Yates before the Washington Supreme Court.
 
Trial Deputy - Special Drug Unit, April 1996 - January 1997. Prosecuted felony narcotics cases in King County Superior Court.
 
 Appellate Deputy - RALJ Unit, January 1995 - April 1996. Handled all criminal appeals from nine King County District Court divisions. Briefed and argued State v. Bonifacio and State v. Crediford in the Washington Supreme Court. Lectured at several CLE seminars across the state and served as a special deputy for Whatcom County and Okanogan County.
