Miller, Rita J

Kelly is an associate with our Environmental Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Lead Paint Poisoning group, which focuses on representing injured children and individuals with brain injuries. She handles all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery, depositions, motion and appellate practice, and preparing for and attending trials.

While at Albany Law School, Kelly was associate editor of the Albany Environmental Outlook Law Journal. Her article, An Argument against Governmental Immunity in the Area of Lead Poisoning Litigation, was published in the Albany Law Environmental Outlook Law Journal in 2005.
