Maureen's civil litigation practice encompasses a diverse range of cases, including insurance bad faith, complex business tort, contract, and construction cases. Although her expertise resides mainly in insurance bad faith defense work, she is eager and able to tailor her litigation skills to whatever type of case the firm and her clients need her to handle. Prior to and throughout law school Maureen worked for an electrical contractor for eight years, on a variety of public works projects. Her tasks and responsibilities involved estimating, progress billings, extra work and change orders, safety issues, union submissions, scheduling, and claims. Maureen's construction experience, combined with her legal training enables her to better serve our clients in construction disputes and litigation.
