Miller, Molly J.

Mr. Michaels is the lead trial attorney for the firm. He helps to manage the day-to-day operation of Peña & Kahn, PLLC. He received his undergraduate degree from SUNY at Albany in 1991, and graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1995. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1996, and is also admitted to the Southern and Eastern District courts of New York.

Mr. Michaels began his career working for the City of New York Law Department, while he attended law school at night. There, he went on to become a senior trial attorney. He was awarded The Association of the Bar of the City of New York Prize for Outstanding Achievement in 2000.

Mr. Michaels is an aggressive, talented advocate and fights tirelessly for the rights of his clients. The results have been numerous million-dollar verdicts for his deserving clients.

Mr. Michaels is a father of two beautiful girls and he enjoys surfing, snowboarding, basketball, home improvement projects, and coaching girls soccer.
