Miller, Michelle L.

Mr. Michaels is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department.  His practice includes complex environmental insurance coverage, bad faith, and insurance contract disputes.

Mr. Michaels received his B.A. in 2004 from Colgate University and his J.D. from Albany Law School in 2010.  During law school, he served as an Article Editor for the Albany Government Law Review and had his article, "Geronimo Pratt and Inmate Records: Avoiding Injustice by Changing Inmate Record-Keeping In New York State Prisons," published by the review in 2010.

Mr. Michaels is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and is admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
