Miller, M. Kathleen

Anna Meyer represents clients in complex real estate transactions, including large portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, refinancings and sale-leaseback transactions, and general commercial real estate matters. She also has experience in real estate fund and joint venture formation.

Anna regularly works with clients such as KeyCorp, LaSalle Investment Management, Navistar International, and R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co.

On a pro bono basis, Anna represented the Chicago Historical Society in its recent acquisition of a new warehouse and archival facility. She is a member of the President's Leadership Council at The Field Museum and volunteers as a reading tutor in the Chicago Public Schools through the not-for-profit organization, Working in the Schools.
