Migliarini, John P.

Jaime Merritt is an associate in the Litigation Department.  She is also a member of the firm's Insurance Fraud and Life, Health and Disability Practice Groups.

Ms. Merritt earned her B.A. in Psychology at the University of Michigan in 2000.  She received her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2004.  During law school, she served as an Editor of the Art and Entertainment Law Journal.  After law school, Ms. Merritt became a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Donald J. Volkert, Jr., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County. 

Ms. Merritt is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey.  She is also admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
