Mierzejewski, Joseph S.

Ms. Mentis-Smith has worked with Wagners for over 15 years, with a practice dedicated to assisting those harmed by the negligence of others. Denise's practice has an emphasis on serious motor vehicle collisions and slip and fall accidents. She also has developed an extensive practice in mediation and dispute resolution.

Ms. Mentis-Smith has assisted and appeared in personal injury matters before the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal.
