Mr. Melo has been a Professor of Law in Obligations, Contracts and Secured Transactions and Roman Law at the Universidad Catolica Andres Bello since 1986. He served as Head of the Department of Obligations Law from 1997-2001 and 2003-2006 and is a member of the Capital Markets Committee of the Venezuelan and American Chamber of Commerce (VenAmCham).
Mr. Melo is a member of the Venezuela Bar. He received his Juris Doctor from the Universidad Catolica
Andres Bello in
Venezuela
in 1977. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
