Eric Merrifield focuses his practice on federal and state environmental litigation, at both the trial and appellate levels. Eric has handled environmental litigation involving the Clean Water Act (Section 401/404 and NPDES issues), Endangered Species Act, and Model Toxics Control Act and CERCLA. Eric also has experience representing clients in land use litigation involving the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA), the Growth Management Act (GMA), and the Shoreline Management Act (SMA).
