Daniel Melucci obtained his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1992. He gained substantial estate and litigation experience at various firms before founding a private practice in 1995. In private practice he handled diverse matters including bankruptcy, commercial litigation, personal injury litigation, estate planning and estate administration. He has been recognized for representing September 11 Victims on a pro bono basis. He is experienced in handling both State and Federal matters from inception through trial and appeal.
