Paul R. Melletz is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association. Mr. Melletz graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in May of 1960 and the University of Pennsylvania Law School in May of 1963. He then clerked for the Honorable Louis Goldman and William Pascoe, Judges of the Camden county Court from 1963-1964. After completing his clerkship he became associated with the law office of Albert J. Klein in Camden, New Jersey, eventually becoming a partner. He left in 1977 to form his own law practice and has practiced law in the state of New Jersey over 44 years as a trial attorney.
On August 21, 1982, he was honored by being elected a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He is currently one of approximately 80 such fellows in the State of New Jersey. He is the author of "Insurance and Inheritance Issues in Marriage and Divorce", which is in its third edition and published by the new Jersey Institute For Continuing Legal Education.
Mr. Melletz is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of New Jersey; American Association for Justice; New Jersey State Bar Association; Camden County Bar Association; Burlington County Bar Association; American Immigration Lawyers Association; American Bar Association. He participates as a panelist on Matrimonial Early Settlement Panels in Camden County and Gloucester County.
