Meyers, Jenny Rebecca

Patti Melick is a partner in the firm's Corporate Practice Department. She joined Wiggin and Dana in 1995 and is a resident in the firm's Stamford office. Ms. Melick's practice is focused primarily on companies in the life sciences industry, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, diagnostic and medical device companies. She has more than 20 years' experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and complex strategic alliances, licensing and global partnering transactions. Her clients include domestic and international public companies, emerging growth companies, entrepreneurs and scientists. Before joining Wiggin and Dana, Ms. Melick practiced law in the New York office of the Swedish law firm, Mannheimer Swartling.

Ms. Melick graduated summa cum laude from Lehigh University, Phi Beta Kappa, and received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
