Meyers, Evan M.

James R. Mehlhaff, Esq. , a native of Tracy, California, graduated from Tracy High School before earning his bachelor of arts degrees in economics and political science at the University of California at Davis in 1998. Mr. Mehlhaff attended the University of San Francisco School of Law, earning the highest grades in his class in the subjects of legal research and writing, as well as legal ethics. Mr. Mehlhaff earned his law degree in 2001, and has been practicing law since 2002. Mr. Mehlhaff lives in Tracy, and has been active in the community as a mock trial coach at Merrill F. West High School.
