Mr. Mendelson is a transactional attorney with extensive global business and legal experience gained in a combination of law firm and in-house settings. His practice focuses on general corporate and securities law matters.
Immediately prior to joining the Gottbetter & Partners, LLP, Mr. Mendelson practiced at the New York offices of Blank Rome LLP (2009 - 2012), where he was a Senior Associate in the Public Companies and Capital Formation Practice Group and Asia Practice Group, and Hodgson Russ LLP (2005 - 2009), where he was a Senior Associate in the Corporate & Securities Law Department and a member of the China Practice Group.
