Metzger, Matthew D.

Ms. Mehta is an associate in the Business Department and is a member of the firm's Real Estate and Institutional Finance Group.  Her practice focuses on the representation of various clients in transactions involving real estate acquisitions, real estate finance, secured and unsecured lending and asset based financing.

Ms. Mehta received her B.A. in 1998 from the University of Pennsylvania, Annenberg School for Communication.  She received her J.D. in 2003 from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she received the Barrister's Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.  Ms. Mehta is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.  She is also an active member with the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
