Richard Meamber practices corporate and securities law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and joint venture transactions. His experience includes representation of acquirors, targets, and significant security holders in a variety of business combination transactions as well as representation of companies in the creation of joint ventures. Richard also has significant experience representing venture capital firms and companies in domestic and international corporate financing transactions and has a thorough knowledge of the California and Delaware corporation laws and the periodic reporting requirements of publicly held companies.
