Thomas R. Meites is our founding partner (with former partner Lynn S. Frackman) and a leader in the plaintiffs' bar. Mr. Meites is a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was Articles Editor of the Harvard Law Review. He previously was appointed by the President of the United States to hold a seat on the board of the Legal Services Corporation and was also a member of the Board of Directors of the Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago. Mr. Meites has been a lecturer at Northwestern University's School of Education and Social Policy and previously served as litigation director for Chicago's Leadership Council for Metropolitan Open Communities, a not-for-profit fair housing organization, and as a member of a negotiated rulemaking committee of the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
