Diane Medina commenced her professional legal career in 1990 as a business and real estate litigation attorney. In 1995 she started in the manufactured housing industry as in-house general counsel for a large property management firm representing the owners and operators of mobilehome parks located throughout California. Her experience in the manufactured housing industry includes representation of manufactured housing community owners, operators, developers, managers and affiliates in all aspects of their operations, specializing in Mobilehome Residency Law and the Mobilehome Parks Act and implementing regulations, as well as state and federal fair housing claims, employment issues, park management issues, landlord-tenant disputes, property rights, rent controls, residency documents, evictions, foreclosures, onsite management training, and regulatory compliance.
