specializes in patent preparation and prosecution, and intellectual property litigation. Mr. McRae represents individuals and corporations that have been accused of alleged violations of patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, contracts or unfair competition. Mr. McRae also represents individuals and corporations in pursuing infringers of intellectual property rights.
Mr. McRae received his B.S. in Biology and Minor in Chemistry from Abilene Christian University, and his J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law. Mr. McRae is a member of the Intellectual Property Section of the State Bar of Texas, the San Antonio Bar Association, the San Antonio Young Lawyers Association, and the Federal Bar Association.
Mr. McRae is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Texas, the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
