Cynthia Melillo is currently a Partner practicing primarily in the areas of real estate, public utilities and corporate and business transactions. Cynthia’s clients include commercial and residential real estate developers, developers of resort properties, telecommunications providers and small business owners. She enjoys being a part of her clients’ development teams and watching projects come to life. Cynthia has served as the chair of the Real Property Section of the Idaho State Bar and has conducted continuing legal education seminars through that group on commercial leasing and condominium development. Cynthia assists her telecommunications clients in drafting and negotiating contracts, documenting transactions, creating joint ventures, procuring government financing and helping with corporate governance issues.
Cynthia also has experience in creating condominium regimes, including residential, commercial and mixed use projects, and drafting documents such as covenants, conditions and restrictions, condominium owners association documents and purchase and sale agreements. In addition to her commercial real estate experience, Cynthia has an active practice in assisting clients in development of fractional ownership resort properties, including registration with state real estate commission. In connection with assisting in the development of real estate projects and in serving her small business clients, Cynthia also has experience in organizing business entities, including partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies.
