Nicole practices primarily litigation with the firm and represents plaintiffs and defendants. Her clients include the Panama City Port Authority, Corrections Corporation of America, The City of Panama City, and Douglas County Bank. Nicole also represents businesses, physicians, and injured persons in a wide range of matters in state and federal court; including negligence actions, Section 1983 claims, and disputes involving real estate, contracts, and construction projects.
Nicole participates in many civic, legal, and charitable organizations. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association, St. Andrews Bay American Inn of Court, and the Bay County Bar Association. Nicole takes time to give back to those less fortunate than herself and volunteers her time at the First Saturday Legal Clinic. She received recognition for her time spent helping exonerate wrongfully convicted persons while working with the Innocence Project of North Florida.
Nicole grew up in San Jose, California and attended Arizona State University where she graduated with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Italian. During college, she was able to explore her Italian heritage by studying abroad in Florence, Italy. After working for a large firm in Phoenix, Arizona, she decided to attend law school at Florida State University. Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys cooking her families secret recipes, spending time with her family and friends, and enjoying the beautiful beaches of the panhandle.
