Mr. McLean's practice concentrates in the areas of litigation and real estate, including environmental law and litigation. He has tried the following kinds of cases: contract and commercial disputes, real estate disputes, securities and commodities fraud, environmental claims, toxic torts, contribution claims, wrongful death, products liability, medial malpractice, and will contests. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rhodes College, his Masters and Ph.D. degrees from Princeton University and his Juris Doctor degree from University of Memphis. He is an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Germantown, Tennessee, a Tennessee Rule 31 Mediator, and a member of the federal panel of mediators for the western district of Tennessee. Mr. McLean is a member of the Memphis, Tennessee and American Bar Association.
