Meiser, Jacquelyn V.

Richard joined Sweeny, Wingate and Barrow, P.A. in June, 2012.  He is a 2011 Cum laude graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, where he served as senior editor of the Alabama Law Review from 2009-2011.  Richard received his Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum laude, in History from North Greenville University, Tigerville, South Carolina.

Richard is a native of Columbia, South Carolina and is married to Stephanie Shivers McLawhorn.  They have one daughter, Madison Clark. In addition to spending time with his family, Richard enjoys camping. He is an avid history buff and supporter of the University of South Carolina athletics program.
