Kristina was raised in Great Falls, Montana. She graduated from the University of Montana, with honors, in 2001, receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Montana School of Law, graduating in 2006. While in law school, she won first place in the Nathan Burkan Memorial Competition sponsored by the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers. Kristina received her masters of law degree (LL.M.) in taxation from the University of Washington School of Law in 2007.
Kristina's practice focuses on taxation, estate planning, probate, real estate, commercial foreclosures and business formations and transactions. She is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Montana and Washington.
When she is not working, Kristina enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Duncan, son Rowan, two dogs Uli and Smudge, and friends and family.
