Patricia McKinnie is licensed to practice in the State Courts of Caliornia and all of the Federal Courts. She is an active member of the State Bar of California and the Santa Clara County Bar Association (SCCA). She brings 25 years of experience and skill to family law matters, and in Civil and Criminal Courts related to cohabitation and domestic violence issues. Our focus is on your concerns over the impact of changing in legal, social and economic fluctuations affecting individuals and families going through or contemplating a divorce or breaking up of live-in relationships.

Ms. McKinnie has previously served as a judge pro tem in Family Law courts, as a member of the Women Lawyers Committee of the SCCBA, and as a scoring judge for the SCCBA sponsored High School Mock Trial competition.
