I believe in justice and a person's right to have access to court for injuries that have been caused to them. I was raised in Pensacola, Florida and have returned home to practice law. I first became aware of my strong passion for people's rights and justice when I was just a kid and discovered my passion for the law when I began legal work as a legal assistant in Montana. I spent years as an assistant and paralegal to attorneys and then decided to the take the final step and went to law school. Since becoming a lawyer I have been involved heavily in civil rights, first amendment law, consumer rights, oil spill litigation, products liability, and insurance litigation. I believe in vigorously defending the rights we as Americans were given by our Constitution and I also believe in protecting the most vulnerable in our society who are taken advantage of by corporations and insurance companies. As a lawyer, I will stop at nothing to ensure that people's rights are protected by our courts.
