McQuarrie, Martha G.

Myia M. McKenna is an attorney with Knight & Salladay, where she specializes in family law, estate planning, and appellate practice.  Myia’s areas of practice include dissolution of marriage, legal separation, post-dissolution matters, modification of custody and support orders, paternity actions, adoption, and domestic relations appeals.  Myia also handles legal issues facing same-sex couples and estate planning.  Before returning to her native Boone County and joining Knight & Salladay, Myia practiced law in both Kansas City and St. Louis. 

Myia received a B.A. degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in psychology, political science and Spanish, with a minor in sociology, from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1999.  She received her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2002.  Myia was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2002 and to the Kansas Bar in 2003.  She is a member of The Missouri Bar (Family Law Section), the Boone County Bar Association. 

Myia resides in Columbia with her husband and children.
