Jacqueline McPherson has been with the firm for 37 years. Her practice covers a wide range of business/financial matters, and includes multi-family, residential and commercial real estate transactions, corporate matters involving both non-profit and for-profit corporations, estate planning, probate procedure, asset-based financing and secured lending transactions including loans insured by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. She has extensive experience with residential and commercial condominiums and is an experienced real estate developer in her own right, having developed a number of multi-family, residential and commercial properties. She represents several non-profit corporations in connection with the development and sale of low- and moderate-income housing, and also provides legal services to the City of New Orleans and the Housing Authority of New Orleans with respect to such matters.
Ms. McPherson is a graduate of Louisiana State University and Loyola University of New Orleans.
