Eric's practice is centered on helping financially troubled companies facing bankruptcy and restructuring situations. He has been involved in the representations of Kaiser Aluminum Corporation, Pillowtex, and Loewen Group International in their chapter 11 restructurings. He has also represented secured lenders and other parties with a vested interest in bankruptcy cases and complex bankruptcy-related litigation.

In addition, Eric has more than 10 years of management and accounting experience. Prior to attending law school he worked in the gaming and country club sectors of the hospitality industry and served as general manager and clubhouse manager at various prestigious private clubs.

Eric is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the State Bar of Georgia, The Florida Bar, and the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Texas and the Middle District of Florida.
