MYLES MCGUIRE is a Partner at Edelson LLC His practice concentrates on business and class action litigation, consumer protection law, and legal and political consulting to technology companies. Prior to entering private practice, Myles spent several years counseling high-tech companies on legal issues.

Since turning to plaintiffs' advocacy, Myles has had principle control over many nationwide and multi-state class actions. Drawing on his technological background, his specific area of emphasis is on emerging technology class actions, including those involving electronic commerce, cellular telephony and wireless media, among others. He has served in leadership positions in groundbreaking settlements involving Facebook, AT&T, Timberland, Verizon and Sprint, among many others, which have collectively made hundreds of millions of dollars available to consumers.

Due to his diverse legal and business expertise, Myles has been asked by members of Congress to comment on legislation in the cellular telephone industry and has worked with numerous state regulatory bodies in California, Florida and elsewhere on related efforts.

In 2011, Myles was named a Rising Star by Illinois Super Lawyers magazine, recognizing him as one of the top attorneys under the age of 40 in Illinois.

Myles graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2000 and is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and Illinois.
