He is also an adjunct Professor of Law at Hofstra University School of Law. Chris is Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocate Forum. He has been listed in Super Lawyers magazine and New York Magazine as one of the top lawyers in New York, and was named by Best Lawyers in America as one of the top 500 personal injury attorneys in America. The National Trial Lawyers Association listed him among the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in America. In 2012 he won the New York State Bar Attorney Professionalism Award. In the same year, the Catholic Lawyers Guild awarded him the St. Thomas More Award. He was President of the Nassau County Bar Association for the 2005-2006 term. He has been a member of the Grievance Committee for the 10th Judicial District, was appointed to the New York State Judicial Screening Commission and was the Chair of the Nassau County Bar Association Judicial Screening Committee for two terms, the past chair of the Medical Legal Committee and is presently the chair of the Supreme Court Committee.
