McMahon, Timothy D.

John is an associate in the firm's Litigation Group and a member of the firm's White Collar Defense Group and Intellectual Property Litigation Group. He has represented companies, boards of directors and individuals in various civil and criminal actions in state and federal courts. He has also represented clients in arbitrations and appeals in the Massachusetts Appeals Court.

His practice focuses on representing individuals and companies in business and intellectual property disputes, including patent and trademark infringement cases. He also represents clients in shareholder derivative actions and disputes involving closely held corporations.

John has been named a Massachusetts "Rising Star" by Boston magazine and Law & Politics every year since 2008.
