Kevin C. McGee, Partner: Mr. McGee was graduated from Western New England College in 1983 and Western New England School of Law in 1986 (cum laude). Mr. McGee served as Articles Editor on WNECSL's law review, and was the law clerk for the Hon. James F. Queenan, Jr., United States Bankruptcy Judge (D. Mass.) from 1986 through 1988. Mr. McGee practices extensively in the bankruptcy court, serving both creditors and debtors, and is also experienced in loan workout/collection matters and bankruptcy litigation at all levels. Mr. McGee also has jury trial experience in preference and fraudulent transfer issues tried before the United States District Court, and has authored materials and served as a presenter in seminars sponsored by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and the American Bankruptcy Institute on creditors’ committees, sales in bankruptcy, and the intersection of divorce law and bankruptcy.
Member of the Worcester County Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
Treasurer and Vestry Member – St. John’s Episcopal Church in Newtonville, MA 2008 -2012.
