John J. McGlone III concentrates his trial practice in criminal defense, domestic relations, and probate matters. Mr. McGlone has more than seventeen years of experience in both jury and bench trials in the trial court of the Commonwealth and Federal District Court, in briefing and arguing appeals in the Massachusetts Appeals Court, and in both criminal and domestic relations matters in the Supreme Judicial Court. Mr. McGlone has also litigated cases in Chicago, New York, and New Hampshire, and has participated and lectured at several MCLE Seminars in both Criminal and Domestic Relations areas. Prior to forming his own firm, Mr. McGlone was an associate for four years at a major Boston law firm where his trial practice concentrated in criminal law, domestic relations and probate matters. Prior to practicing law, he was employed in the administrative office of the Chief Administrative Justice to the Massachusetts Court System.
