CAMERON McKINNEY is a graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law (1996) and Concord College (1993). He is admitted to practice law in West Virginia and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. He practiced general plaintiffs' law in Pineville, Wyoming County from 1996 to 1998. From 1998 to 2002, he served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of West Virginia (including two years with the Consumer Protection Division).
Cameron joined The Grubb Law Group in 2002 and specializes in consumer protection law -- including fraud, unfair or deceptive business practices, warranty issues, financing issues, fair credit reporting, and fair debt collection. Cameron also handles a number of employment cases, primarily representing victims of illegal workplace discrimination. Other areas of Cameron's practice include personal injury claims, civil rights, and Freedom of Information Act requests and enforcement.
Cameron is the father of three and resides in Alum Creek with his wife, Jessica. Outside the office, he is a musician who enjoys playing guitar and composing original songs.
