Ms. Zuch is a member of the firm's Litigation Department. Ms. Zuch's practice includes the litigation, mediation and arbitration of commercial disputes including debtor-creditor relations involving all aspects of bankruptcy, insolvency, lending, commercial real estate, complex commercial collections, lender liability and loan enforcement.
Before joining Wiggin and Dana, Ms. Zuch was a litigation partner in the Tampa law firm of Shackleford, Farrior, Stallings & Evans, P.A. She graduated from Cornell University with distinction and received her law degree from the University of Chicago.
Ms. Zuch was the founding Editor of The Quarterly Report , the newsletter of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar and has lectured and written extensively about the resolution and litigation of debtor-creditor and business disputes. She was formerly the Secretary to and a Master in the Ferguson-White Chapter of the American Inns of Court and is the founding Co-chair of the Connecticut Network of the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (I.W.I.R.C.).
