Andrew Zoltan is a senior associate in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2006.
Practice
Mr. Zoltan's practice focuses on patent litigation involving pharmaceuticals, formulations and treatment methods. Mr. Zoltan also has experience prosecuting patents in these fields.
While in law school, Mr. Zoltan served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Stanley P. Klein of the Fairfax County Circuit Court in Fairfax, Virginia.
Prior to his legal studies, Mr. Zoltan was a Senior Associate Scientist with Wyeth Research in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where he developed drug delivery systems for protein based orthopedic therapeutics. Previously, as a Research Associate with Wyeth-Lederle Vaccines and Pediatrics in Pearl River, New York, Mr. Zoltan developed quantitative and stability indicating assays for glycoconjugate vaccines.

Mr. Zoltan is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
