Tom brings a wealth of experience to his practice. Tom has been involved in a large number of diverse civil lawsuits in state and federal courts in the St. Louis area.  He has a great deal of knowledge about railroad operations, rules and practices that he utilizes in the railroad cases he handles. Tom has a special understanding of the medical issues involved in repetitive trauma, carpal tunnel, and toxic tort Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) cases.  Tom also has significant experience in handling matters before regulatory agencies such as the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA).  He has participated in national negotiations under the Railway Labor Act (RLA).  At Boyle Brasher LLC he is known for his attention to detail and his attention to keeping his clients informed on developments in their cases. 

Tom is known as the preeminent soccer fan in the firm. His soccer loyalties range from the team representing his law school alma mater, the St. Louis University Billikens, to Manchester United of the English Premier League. Tom is well known for his Irish soda bread and flying a large flag of Ireland across his office window on St. Patrick’s Day. Tom and his family reside in suburban St. Louis.
