Patrick McClellan was admitted to the California State Bar in 1977 and admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in 1989. He limits his practice to business and real estate litigation and to the representation of creditors and trustees in the United States Bankruptcy Courts.
Mr. McClellan has been an active member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. He has been a Member of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Bar Association, a Member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Bar Association - Orange County Chapter, serving as its President in 1994. Mr. McClellan has served as a Constitutional Rights Foundation, Mock Trial Instructor and has been a Barrister in the American Inns of Court Foundation.
In addition to his professional practice, Mr. McClellan is involved in community activities, including his support of local youth organizations Teen Challenge and the Victorian House.
