Mr. Zaslow is a partner in the Litigation Department and a member of the Healthcare, General Litigation and Labor and Employment Practice Groups. He focuses his practice on litigating complex matters for insurance companies and self-insureds, including disputes involving professional medical and legal liability, civil rights, emergency services and transportation carriers. Mr. Zaslow also has a broad range of experience in other areas of tort practice, including motor vehicle liability,premises liability and products liability. In the labor and employment arena, Mr. Zaslow focuses his practice on litigation involving such issues as the non-discrimination protections of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, age discrimination, wrongful discharge and litigation involving restrictive covenants and noncompete agreements.
Mr. Zaslow holds over twenty professional firefighting and emergency medical care qualifications. Since 1985, Mr. Zaslow has been a member of the Volunteer Medical Service Corps of Lower Merion, Narberth, Conshohocken, West Conshohocken and Radnor, Pennsylvania. He is currently the President and Assistant Chief of the organization and an active paramedic in the community.
Mr. Zaslow received his B.A. from Cornell University in 1991 and his J.D. from the Temple University School of Law in 1995. He completed his initial EMT-Paramedic training at the Medical College of Pennsylvania. Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mr. Zaslow is also admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and Philadelphia Bar Association. In 2006, 2007 and 2008 Mr. Zaslow was named in a survey of his peers as a Pennsylvania "Rising Star" attorney by Law & Politics magazine.
