Donna Zadeikis has been licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and the Federal Court system for 27 years.

Upon graduating from the IIT-Kent College of Law in 1985, Ms. Zadeikis immediately began her career in representing injured clients.Ms. Zadeikis has settled thousands of Workers Compensation cases. She has tried hundreds of cases before arbitrators at the Illinois Workers Compensation Commission, before the commissioners of the Illinois Workers Compensation Commission, the Circuit Court, as well as the Appellate Court.

In addition to the practice of representing injured workers, Ms. Zadeikis has settled thousands of personal injury cases including; motor vehicle collisions, motorcycle accidents, and slip and fall cases. Ms. Zadeikis has arbitrated thousands of cases and has tried many cases before a jury.

Ms. Zadeikis has successfully concluded many claims by way of private arbitration and mediation hearings in the Mandatory Arbitration System, The American Arbitration System, ADR system, and Resolute Inc.

In addition to representing injured workers, her extensive experience and good relationships with colleagues has enable her to serve as an arbitrator in the Mandatory Arbitration System and has been selected by both claimant attorneys and defense counsel to serve as an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association System and private arbitration hearings.
