McCormack, Sean Patrick

Jerry is a shareholder and section head of the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the firm. He is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Jerry has frequently presented programs to both lay and professional audiences on estate planning subjects and is admitted to practice law in all Texas courts and the United States Supreme Court.

Jerry counsels clients on estate planning, business continuation planning, charitable gift planning, estate and trust administration, wealth preservation, fiduciary representation, and marital property issues.
