Matt Yu specializes in labor and employment law counseling and litigation defense, including defense of discrimination, harassment, ERISA, and wage and hour claims. Matt has significant experience in defending wage and hour class actions. He also has advised employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including issues arising under Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, WARN, and a variety of state laws, particularly with respect to wage and hour issues.
