McClenahen, Matt M.

Timothy R. Young, a firm partner, was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1973 and the Wisconsin bar in 1976. He is a graduate of Northwestern University School of Law and was Notes and Comments Editor, Journal of Criminal Law Criminology and Political Science, 1972-1973. He is author of Criminal Liability Under the Refuse Act of 1899 and the Refuse Act Permit Program" 63 Journal of Criminal Law, Criminology and Political Science, 1972. He is a member of the Winnebago County, Illinois State and American Bar Associations (Family Law Section) and the State Bar of Wisconsin. He is a Winnebago County Circuit Court Commissioner. He practices in the areas of family law, real estate, foreclosures, and general practice.
